Shipping & delivery
We sell digital products only — no physical goods are shipped.
Delivery method
Delivery is electronic. After checkout, access is granted to your signed-in account: download links for guides, blueprint rooms for editions, and launch links for Hub apps.
Delivery time
Access is typically immediate once payment is confirmed. If Stripe webhook delay occurs, refresh your product page or contact support — we will restore access within one business day.
Shipping regions
There is no geographic shipping restriction for digital delivery. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Receipts
Stripe sends a payment receipt to your email. You can also return to the product page while signed in to re-download or relaunch.
