Returns policy
Digital products cannot be physically returned; this policy explains eligibility and alternatives.
Digital goods
Operator guides, blueprint packs, and Hub app licenses are intangible digital products. “Returns” are handled as refund or access-revocation requests per our refund policy.
When we can help
If you purchased the wrong SKU, were double-charged, or cannot access a product due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will fix access or issue a refund.
License scope
Purchases grant a personal or team license as described on the product page. Blueprint and guide materials are reference templates — not production guardrails — and may not be resold or redistributed.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve access issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
