Refund policy
Digital products sold through The Hub — operator guides, blueprint editions, and apps.
Digital delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment you receive immediate access to downloads, blueprint rooms, or app launch links tied to your account.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially downloaded pack files or accessed paid blueprint template bundles.
Because digital goods cannot be “returned” once delivered, refunds are evaluated case-by-case when access logs show minimal or no use.
How to request a refund
Email hello@theaioperator.net with your account email, order date, and product name. We respond within two business days.
Non-refundable cases
Completed blueprint downloads, fulfilled zip packs, or Hub app access after launch are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law.
